Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel. The specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

Liability and Insurance

Luna Tours Switzerland maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our vehicles and operations. However, we recommend that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving at designated pickup points on time, possessing valid travel documents, and following the instructions of our guides and drivers. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if client behavior poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the experience of others.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Luna Tours Switzerland and protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law
